When we first arrived there were a few small items that the condo did not have and Monica that evening got all that we requested. The location of the condo is great... only about 30 minutes to Padre Island and also to the Mexican border to get great vanilla. My husband and I enjoyed the traffic-free walk around the neighborhood and the golf course viewing the resaca."
