"Everything js always great and amazing there, as well as the front desk ladies, but this time the sink in my room was clogged for the whole week. but other then that amazing hotel."

"Stayed here for a tournament at twin peaks sports complex. This hotel is like a 5min walk from the front entrance, great location. Continental breakfast was above average with fresh fruit (not just your typical apple and banana basket), good sausages and bacon too. Pool was nice and warm, plenty of shade too in the pool area and courtyard. Oh and there is a robot that brings you room service. We ordered from the restaurant and the robot brought our food to us. Pretty hilarious actually. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced as well. One downside is that this area has zero sidewalks. I understand Americans are against walking but you guys built a road for access to the hotel the size of a 4 lane highway and out in ZERO sidewalks. The only reason we didn’t have to walk on the road with traffic was because there are endless parking lots and they allowed us to access the fields without issue."

"Excellent hotel and location. Elevators can be a bit slow though and no mention of paid parking on Hotels.com page and yes charged for paid parking and lot was never even half full...otherwise Excellent!!"

"this was an old hotel but the remodeled. and kept the charm parking was interesting but they have a valet that is very friendly and helpful the rooms and lobby were great and walking distant to old spaghetti factory this was 5 stars and i would recommend it"

"From the day we arrived they failed to provide us with basic comforts like sheets, towels and soap. The next day our shower door malfunctioned and we had to request a fix. We realize the second day that the TV didn’t operate properly and had no capabilities for streaming services. The maintenance man told his it had been previously reported as broken but the manager didn’t care. The A/C would not stay on. The next day the power went out. They gave us a credit for the restaurant but when we tried to use it, we were told they had closed early. Too slow to keep open that evening. The next day the ice machines were all out of ice. When we complained about all the problem they just said, oh sorry? Horrible customer service. "

"I love how professional the staff were. The only downside for me was there was a door in my room which may connect to the other room. Ofc, it has a locked and all but other than that all was good. Enjoy the stay very much. "

"Good rooms and filling free breakfast. Lobby and hotel restaurant bar are nice. Pool and outdoor lounge area is fantastic. Excellent chicago style pizza, and Thai food restaurants, as well as multiple food trucks near by. Coin-op laundry mat just around corner. Stayed 8+ days altogether. "
