"Check in was very busy but lines moved fast. We got to our room and it was clean-ISH. Counters and mirrors were clean, beds were clean and well made. Checked for bed bugs, didn’t find any (thankfully!) but the floors were DIRTY. Swept but not mopped. Turned our feet black. Only had a partial roll of TP in our room. Beds were hard and pillows were flat. Room was hot even with AC on."
