« Charming, spacious very relaxing place to unwind. Far enough to feel away from any hustle bustle. Close enough to Luray to make amenities at hand in a few minutes. Really lovely town, we found everyone engaging and quick to smile. Views of splendor everywhere and are enjoyed best from the hot tub on the deck. « Location is perfect as we were staying to visit Luray caverns. House was bigger than expected and rooms were a decent size. Beds were also very comfortable. The walk to the river was easy and beautiful (we drove to the chairs). Being slightly ocd the inside of the house could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust! But overall we had the best time.and would stay here again! »

We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. « The house was perfect for our extended family. The host provided plenty of kitchen items as well as extra toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen soaps, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the linens. We have rented many houses in the past and never had a sharp knife in the kitchen but this one did. The free passes for activities at the resort was an added bonus. Very clean as well as stocked. The only suggestion is for the host to update the binder with current information. »

« The cabin is a wonderful forest retreat from the grind of life. Everything was as described. We loved relaxing on the front porch with a cup of coffee and the deer and squirrels to keep us company. It was nice to disconnect from the world for a bit. The location gives the feeling of isolated but still close to civilization. The details of the cabin were really lovely. I can tell the owners love and care about this place. »
