Our family had a truly wonderful and memorable stay. We enjoyed every moment of our trip, and the kids absolutely loved it. The facility was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. We would absolutely love to come back, and my kids are already looking forward to returning next summer, if possible.

The hotel stay was amazing overall, but it wasn’t very kid-friendly. The biggest disappointment was that children were no longer allowed in the pool after 4:00 p.m. so adults could smoke, swim, and play loud music. While I understand having designated adult time, it significantly limited the pool experience for families traveling with kids.

Got several bites on my hand during my stay. Woke up in the middle of the night and my hand was itching and swollen. I have no clue what bit me, but I was in pain for a few days.

We expected more from Holiday Inn Express. We’ve used Expedia and other discount sites for years, but it seems like that means we’re placed in old rooms which are the farthest away. I guess that makes sense considering we’re getting a discount. Breakfast was not replenished for the entire breakfast time. No attendants. No bath towels. We were told to go find a maid to get them. Keys didn’t work, so we spent a lot of time going from far end of 3rd floor to front desk.
