Great hotel for the city centre area.
Pros:
Great area, roof top bar, beautiful pool. Free breakfast
They have a shuttle that goes to the beach and back to the hotel for 18 euro per person. It was a great deal, 2 loungers and umbrella.
Cons:
Pricey for small rooms.
Breakfast, same thing every day, only thing they change is the veggies and the odd cakes. Too many cakes for breakfast, not enough variety for the hot table. Scramble eggs were disgusting. The scrambled eggs were oxidized. Should never serve them. If you have allergies, be careful, lots of cross-contamination on the cakes meaning they used the same serving spoon.
Room Cleaners do not clean period. Just change the towels and make the beds. I had dirty dishes in my room for 2 days b4 I had complain to the front desk. Also there was a dead bug in my shower I left there to see if they would clean it. They never did. I had a few weird bugs in my room, I honestly thought it was my hair LOL! I also had a run in with a cleaner in the elevator that told me to get the hell out of the elevator in a nasty way I told her I was a guest was allowed to use the elevator. They really need to train their stuff better.
This is Accor Hotel, by means definitely not up to Accor standards.

A really fantastic small boutique hotel away from the crowds. Pool area is super relaxing and toiletries in the rooms top notch. Really helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home with great restaurant suggestions and things to do in the local area. It’s only a 10 min car ride to syracuse. We really enjoyed our stay.
