Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The Perfect Waterfront Retreat!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning waterfront home. The location is unbeatable- just minutes from downtown, great restaurants, and live entertainment, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the pool was the highlight of our trip- perfect for relaxing anytime of day! The house itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would love to bring the whole family next time! 10/10 highly recommend!
