Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. It was built in the 14th century, most likely as someone's home. It is a boutique "hotel". The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

This Hotel is wonderful. The location is a 10. right where everything is happening. the service is incredible; they even prepare a lunch box for our visit to Austwick that we were picked up so early. The breakfast was very big with mimosas, and a la cart and a great selection of fruits, chesses, charcutiers, yogurts. etc.
The rooms are big, decorated with a classic style, from the era, that resembles the old town area. with modern amenities. All the staff incredibly helpful.
I cannot be more grateful that our stay in Krakow was fantastic. For me a hotel is a big part of the trip. and this Hotel just put a 10 in our whole experience in Krakow

Lovely hotel. Unfortunately our room was a little on the small side (301). I did ask about an upgrade on check-in, but unfortunately it was fully booked. Also our room had a strong smell coming from the drains which meant when you first entered the room / opened the toilet, it was pretty smelly.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (182 reviews)
"Podczas pobytu w hotelu byłam w podróży służbowej. Niestety, przynajmniej część pokoi, w tym mój, była bardzo głośna. Od strony ulicy nawet zamknięte okna nie zapewniały odpowiedniego wyciszenia, a hałas był słyszalny do późnych godzin nocnych. Dodatkowo w łazience znajdowały się szare, bardzo zużyte ..."
