You'll enjoy the gas grill on the deck while watching sunset skies. Pa'ani is the Hawaiian word for play sport or a game, so appropriate for this ocean view, corner condo on the golf course in Princeville. Whether you are a golfer or not, you will love the openness that being on the golf course provides. In your backyard there is a gorgeous old Hawaiian Banyan tree between your condo and the golf fairway. Enjoy the play of light on its roots and branches while at the dining table or out on the deck. All bed linens, bath towels, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs for the beach are provided. Wireless internet too. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and ample closet space. There is a small lanai off the bedroom that faces East for trade wind ventilation. You can see a slice of the ocean over the trees. You can also see the trail to the Puamana community swimming pool. A code to the pool will be found inside Pa'ani. Master Bathroom There is a relaxing jetted tub in the master bath. His and her sinks give lots of room for you both. A tile stall shower rounds out the bathroom. Downstairs Bedroom The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, its own lanai, and a very nice bathroom with two sinks. For this reason, Pa'ani is a great home for two couples to share. There is a TV in this bedroom as well so it would be great for the kids. Loft \*Standard Occupancy at the listed rate is 4\. The loft with two full size convertible couches is another sleeping option next to the main bedroom for 2 extra guests ($20+tax / per person / per night additional fee applied after booking). 'Anini Trail Venture down the forested trail to 'Anini Beach, with fantastic water for snorkeling and swimming. A leisurely stroll will take about 15 minutes to the beach, and 20 minutes back. Be extra careful when the trail is wet because it does get slippery and your shoes will get muddy. At the top of the trail you will enjoy views of the golf course with 'Anini Reef to your left and to your right, you will see Namolokama & Hihimanu Mountains of the Hanalei range. Parking: You park at the end of the third Puamana parking lot, with a numbered stall very close to the unit. A second car would park in the guest parking area. This third lot is located just prior to the entrance into the Westin Resort. The Westin has a very nice restaurant and spa a super short walk from Pa'ani. Also please know that we cannot accommodate charging of electric vehicles at this property. And parking is free. Good communication and response by realty company. A/C units worked well, only needed to have them on in the bedroom at night for sleeping. Cleaning company did a good job. The building has an old and tired look. The first night I heard children next-door that were running up and down the stairs, both when going to bed and getting up. The walls between the units do not have good sound insulation. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, e.g., rusty sliding screen door is difficult to open and close, rusty front door and windows, bedroom furniture drawers were very difficult to slide in and out, etc. I would not rent this unit again. ##### Raymond F. The location against the golf course was beautiful & peaceful. We loved the great trade winds that blew through the condo & only ran the ac on the night we arrived. Good communication w/ property management. The only slight negative is that the upstairs sofa bed was uncomfortable & not really suited for an adult, but would likely work better for a child; this is something we didn’t realize from listing pictures. This is a great stay. Everything you need for hitting the beach readily at your fingertips. Small little things throughout the condo make it so thoughtful. This place was perfect for our long family vacation with 2 little kids. VERY well equipped from the kitchen to beach supplies. Kitchen has nice quality things. Great supply of toiletries. We stayed in August and did not have a direct sunset view, just FYI if that is what you're looking for. But there is a beautiful lookout just a short drive down the road. Washer/dryer worked well. We had some issues with the AC but that got handled and it worked perfect after that. Pool was never crowded. Golf course was peaceful setting and not too busy. We felt very safe. Princeville is perfect location and the area is the best part of the island if your looking for relaxation and the most beautiful surroundings. Lots of extras included….soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, linens (including beach towels), dish soap, laundry detergent and a sampling of Hawaiian snacks and drinks. Large sectional couch for a family of 5, big kitchen with all the necessities and dining table with space for 5\. No air conditioning, but lots of windows and fans in every room to keep cool air flowing. Spacious bathrooms with double sinks and large showers. Quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of Hanalei Bay and Hanalei Center (shopping and dining area with delicious breakfasts at Hanalei Bread Co). We would definitely stay here again. ##### Jennifer M. We had a delightful stay at this property in early February 2024! Spacious and very clean with everything you need for cooking, relaxing and just chilling! The area was undergoing external upgrades (roofing while we were there), but it was never an annoyance - workers were considerate of guests and worked from about 8:30-4; cleaning up everything before they left. Our GPS took us down 1 street too soon for this rental, but placards are all around clearly indicating where each unit is. The owners provide everything needed - soap, shampoo, dish detergent & dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, towels (including beach & pool). Convenient to local shopping, grocery & restaurants and it is all within easy commuting of many local destinations! Excellent value for the money! The property was everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The views are amazing, the condo was a perfect size for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teens). It was a great place to come back to after days hiking and exploring. It had everything we needed to prepare some lovely dinners from the local fish market and plenty of extras to make our beach adventures more comfortable. We did not have to contact the host during our stay but the instructions and communication prior to coming included all the information we needed. We can’t wait to come back. This is a great location for a stay in north shore Kauai! It is an easy drive to Princeville center, Hanalei and all the north shore beaches. The inside of the property has been updated and is very comfortable. We did have to clean the upstairs sinks and counter tops, but not a show stopper. They have everything you need for cooking and for the beach (towels, snorkel gear, water shoes, and chairs). The communication with the property owner was excellent from the time we made the reservation to the time we checked out. One of the best things about this property is that you can relax on the back patio and see the sunset, view of the ocean, and there was a nesting albatross that we were able to see! ##### Stephen E. We love being in Princeville so the location was perfect for us. The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable without being too fussy. The manager did walk right in the first day and asked my daughter if she was supposed to be there (we were unpacking upstairs), but quickly left after realizing we had checked in that day. Neighbors and area were clean and quiet. Sleeping with windows and doors open kept the night cool enough to sleep. Overall, great condo and we would return. ##### Lesley G. We loved this townhouse’s location on the edge of the golf course, with an ocean view from the living room window & back lanai. The unit was very clean & well-kept with just about anything you can think of. Great Webber gas grill on the lanai, a large outdoor storage closet with cooler, beach equipment, etc. The house had everything we needed including sunscreen, shampoo, soaps, etc. The kitchen was well equipped & appliances were in excellent condition. Suzanne & Kira were awesome to correspond with & were very prompt in answering questions, etc. Everything exceeded our expectations.
