Pros
Comfortable bed & pillows, lots of big mirrors, comfortable couch, large room, big TV, big closet. Good free movies. Staff is very nice and helpful. Salt water pool was nice. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, they have a lot of very nice outdoor seating.
Cons
I’ve never been in a hotel that hasn’t cleaned a room during a five nights stay until now. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted cleaning daily or every other day, I chose every other day. Although I did put the do not disturb sign on the door on Friday and Saturday, I didn’t expect they would not come at all to clean the room during my stay. Needless to say, I had to call down for clean towels and more coffee for the coffee maker. Lighting in the bathroom is not great. Took a shower late one morning and it went cold. No complementary breakfast.

It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived.

The staff was amazing, but the maintenance was lacking. The overhead light in my cottage was burnt out, and there were issues with the plumbing in the shower and toilet. The fireplace in the room was absolutely fantastic! Location is also superb. My stay was very short, so I was unable to resolve the issues before I left, but I did leave a note.

5 stars, and if we could go higher, we would!
This was one of the best family stays we have had so far. The beach was so close, and the town had so many great things to see and experience. The location was perfect and central enough that we could visit other beaches during the day and still be back home the same evening.
The hosts were incredibly kind, and the managing agency stayed connected the whole time, so we never had to wonder about anything. The neighbourhood was quiet, the home was beautiful, and every little detail was appreciated, even the sandcastle building toys!
We are so grateful for such a beautiful trip. Well done. We will be back!
