Powell Butte Vacation Packages

Site was nice, but loud and there didn't seem to be any quiet time, it was after 11 when we still heard little children running about, being on the bottom floor it was very loud, we were also by the firepit so that was loud too. I would request a room in the far building next time. No continental breakfast, a burrito cart outside for morning but if you don't like Mexican food, well...had to find alternative. Pool was nice, bar needs to be open when its advertised. those that stayed with me, we give a 3 out of 5 stars. Hoping all the remodeling is complete when we come thru again and maybe we will visit again.

For $250 a night I expected a lot more. Checking in was underwhelming. The front desk guy seemed like he hated life. Walked into the room and immediately it smelled musty. All of us noted it. So I opened the window to try and air it out. Turned on the AC and that was musty too. Was hoping it would at least be clean but it wasn’t. There was hair on the bed, and mostly hair in the shower when we first got there. We hadn’t even used it yet. And we didn’t because gross. The bathroom tile wasn’t cleaned and had mildew. The chair beside the bed and the desk chair was stained. No one cleaned under the phone because it was full of gross crumbs. Everything had finger prints and smudges and the worst was the window sill. So gross. Also the location is weird. It’s far away from the good stuff in Bend. Only good thing was the breakfast. It wasn’t the best food but the ladies working the breakfast area were so sweet and kept everything fresh.
