"Check in staff was great, particularly because I was checking in at 1 AM. Room was clean with nice amenities. New television and refrigerator. The body wash and shampoo were in a container on the wall but seemed to be decent quality. Nice little balcony. Property was convenient to the freeway and only 15 minutes from SFO."

"The room was clean but the ac/heat and lamp did not work. The bed was comfortable but the location was not the best. The whole night I heard the crosswalk signal going off and exhaust from cars passing. Other than that my stay was fine. "

"Housekeeping opened my door at 8:00 AM while I was still in the room. She knocked but immediately opened the door, and I was naked in bed. Once she realized, she quickly closed the door and left. Then at 11:00 AM, housekeeping came back and knocked again even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door since the previous night. It felt very intrusive and honestly like they were trying to rush guests out as early as possible. Guest privacy and the “Do Not Disturb” sign should be respected."
