This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. La cuisine demanderait un peu plus d équipement, evier un peu petit, les chambres spacieuses , équipements corrects. Pour un sejour de plus d'une semaine, il manque un lave linge. Booking was easy, communication was clear and timely, and when we needed to arrive earlier, they were very accomodating which was much appreciated. If you're staying longer and expecting to "live" in this apartment, this likely isn't what you're looking for. For example, the kitchen is equipped with only the absolute basics - it's not really possible to do any cooking. There are many small things - no dishtowels and the kitchen sink plug doesn't hold water which makes washing dishes a challenge, threadbare towels and no place to hang them, no washing machine (the listing said there was one) and so forth - that are much more noticeable when staying for a longer period of time. ##### Allison B.
