Pleasant stay at this place
Very convenient location. It’s in the center of the town and close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Balcony with a nice view of lovely buildings and busy street. Windows have very good insulation. Quiet inside.Living room is big.

Great location
Main entrance was very smelly, the apartment itself was tired and there was mold growing in the master shower. Water for flushing toilet in master bathroom was intermittent and sometimes would not flush for an hour or more. Master bathroom shower drained very slowly and would overflow onto the floor. If you plan to rent a car don't stay here. 1 overnight parking in lot was 65.05 euros. The location is excellent. Elevator takes you to the 3rd floor and they you walk up 24 more steps to the apartment. If the apartment and building were cleaner I would be more likely to recommend it.

Beautiful views and excellent location!
The top floor apartment provided wonderful views of Porto, with easy access to the riverfront and excellent restaurants. An elevator to the 3rd floor was very helpful, with stairs to the top floor. The apartment is nicely equipped and decorated and offered a comfortable hang out space on a rainy day to stay in and cook a meal. Very nice stay!

Could not have been better!
This apartment was spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is located within walking distance of the sites, tour pick ups, the riverfront, restaurants. The outdoor balcony overlooked a very picturesque scene. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as you do have to climb around 20 stairs. Wish I could add pictures!

Perfect Porto location
Beautiful apartment, thoughtfully appointed and stocked with essentials. Apartment was exactly as advertised and checkin and out was seamless. We loved the convenient location. If you’re going to Porto, wear walking shoes!

Amazing Location!
The apartment is exactly as described. The view was lovely and the location was ideal for walking around Porto. There is a Centro cafe next door on the corner - don't miss it! Wonderful warm pastel de nata and good coffee, espresso, etc. Check-in and check-out was easy and Fernanda accommodated our earlier than anticipated arrival in Porto. The warm water came out a little rusty on first use in the ensuite bath, but don't worry - it was totally fine after that. Most likely it had just not been used recently. It was difficult to have only 1 key for two couples as we didn't always stay together for the entire day, but we figured it out. :) NOTE: The elevator is only to the 3rd floor so you must walk up one flight of stairs. Many people miss this and think they have elevator service to the apartment. The one flight is not too long or too steep, but be aware the lighting is not great and the first step from the landing is difficult to see on your way down (the beautiful wood sort of blends together) and the railing ends before the steps do. Would happily stay here again on future trips to Porto!

Beautiful flat with a great location
Extremely great flat! Wonderful location. Very large for a European flat- could fit four adults easily and comfortably. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay here again.
