Ledges by the Bay

10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean. All updated finishes. Great staff. Nice views. 4 miles from great dining. View were great. It was so good that we booked on the way back Bar Harbor to Portland for a night because the hotel in Bar Harbor was so horrible and twice as expensive as this property. Breakfast was well done, room is nice. Balcony view very good. Staff was exceptional."

"Clean basic hotel that included bagel, waffle and few items for breakfast. Showing its age in a few areas, including some exterior wood rot. I just needed a place to lay my head on a trip, arriving after 10. Used ring camera to get access to lockbox - easy to do."
