"I was given room key attached to a piece of plastic. It was difficult to tell exactly which room number it was. I unlocked what I thought was my room and saw someone laying in bed unaware I opened the door slightly. I closed the door and asked a housekeeper which room I was in. She told me. When I entered my room the overpowering smell of moth balls was present. I found a room elsewhere and left after an hour. The location was a bit further from Panama City then we would like. But we were grateful to find somewhere to stay due to it being a 3-day holiday. Would definitely stay there again.
