Extra bonus and accolades to front reception desk staff. Our flight from Canada arrived at 05:15 Auckland time. Arrived to hotel thinking we would have to wait to check in around 15:00, staff worked their magic and found a room to check in immediately (hotel was fully booked) which was quiet, away from crowds, elevators. We were sleeping soundly and recovering from Jet Lag by 7:00. Thank you Holiday Day Inn. "
