"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily give it a well-deserved 5 star rating. You could immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority here, the linens were fresh, the bathroom was immaculate, and everything was well organized and maintained. Getting from point A to point B was effortless, whether I was heading out for sightseeing, dining, or transportation. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything you might need. I also noticed there were several areas and facilities within the building that I didn’t get the chance to explore during my stay. They looked inviting and well designed, and I would definitely love to experience more of the atmosphere and amenities the next time I visit Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. "The hotel wasn't terrible. There is a huge language barrier as not a lot of their staff speak english which caused huge problems booking, with the restaurants in the hotel and a general understanding however i will say thst the staff that did speak english were amazing. I just found it strange they would use front of house staff that didnt understand english for crucial roles. The buffet wasnt worth the money at breakfast unfortunately however the 45 floor japanese bbq was great and worth the money for sure. "

"The room smelt moldy. The lobby near where the escalator is also smell like a combination of drainage and perfume. The bathroom is newly renovated but the other part of the room is pretty run down. "
