Great hotel in Florence — new, beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The room was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and clean. Loved the little details like the SMEG kettle and the high-end hair dryer. Breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was close to everything. The only downside was some noise outside at night from people staying around the nearby park. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it and will definitely stay again in the future.

"The stay was fine overall, but the road very noisy because of thin windows. Also, even in May, the airconditioning isn't turned on as the hotel still classifies it as "winter" season... so the room was very hot at 26 degrees celcius and no way to cool it. I got a superior room and it was identical ..."
