"The woman tending the front had an attitude. The door to my balcony did not lock sketchy people in the back of the hotel. Felt unsafe The night gentleman changed my room."

"Room in general was clean but I did find some remnant hairs in the shower. Otherwise it was clean. PS we also bring our own Clorox wipes to give things a clean as well. Staff was the best part! Super helpful. Kind of a funny/ weird moment but I had asked for ice in my thermos and the gentleman at the front desk poured the ice as though he only had only a few ice cubes left lol"

"Nice hotel with a good breakfast, decent location and onsite parking. Easy walk to SAP if going to a game or concert."

"Carpet in room was kind of gross. Large stain right in the center. Bar being remodeled was a bummer. "

"Pool was ok. Room was super clean, crisp bed sheets functional lay out and no carpet was a bonus. Excellent location for SAP events and felt safe walking around the area. Close to loads of restaurants and amenities. "

"Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again."
