"The staff was great. I did not use the gym. It is close to attractions downtown. However, the weekend I stayed NVIDIA had an event that caused lots of streets to be blocked off and it was impossible to get an Uber from the hotel and it was hard to find parking near the hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel at all but was an inconvenience that weekend."

"Reserved 2 rooms in advance. Upon arrival was told they did not have two rooms available per my reservation. Coming from across the country and internationally this is the worst experience. No toilet paper and even roaches."

"The inside of the building and our room were clean, orderly, and well stocked. The bathroom products were good quality. Obviously, the owners put a lot of work and some money in renovating. Our room was a little small because of the king-sized bed, but it was comfortable, and we liked the pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of good restaurants and of our event. Also, we felt our car was safe because there is a staff on-site until it closes and the high chainlink fence is locked. The breakfast was simple but had some good choices, and there was a morning newspapers to read. Since we spent Saturday night, there was a lot of noise and cruisers; although, we enjoyed seeing the vintage cars. Also, the outside of the building is old and upon approach, it made us wonder if it would be a good place, but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the building and greeted by the friendly, efficient staff. We would book a room there again if we have another downtown event."

"Hotel staff was great, got us checked in early and it was lovely to have a bar downstairs to hang out before going to the show with the APP Center. I would say the only downside of this hotel is the walls are extremely thin and at two in the morning when people are coming back from partying, my husband and I were totally woken up."
