"Have stayed here previously because the hotel is in a convenient location to a lot of things. Staff at reception counter were friendly & helpful. Room was modern, spacious & clean. So convenient to the train station & we were able to store luggage & shopping at the hotel after we checked out which was great. Tram stop out the front of the hotel makes it easy to get into the Bourke Street mall area but there are plenty of places to eat & shop within walking distance of Atlantis. "

"Stayed for one night, from the moment we checked in we felt very welcome. Room was clean had a very good sleep and the breakfast was great and had a big tasty choice or food. I’d definitely recommend and stay agin."

"The staff are exceptional!!! The location cannot be beat! We had our choices for coffee every morning and loved the people watching. The Summer market was across the street and so so great! Another market is also across the street in the other direction. And then there are THOUSANDS of eateries in every direction. Access to the free tram just a block away. The hotel has every amenity right down to (free I believe) self serve laundry and free sparkling water. The hotel is not "fancy." It is comfortable and practical. I would recommend they change out the very dark carpet in the guest rooms, but it wasn't in bad condition, just dark and carpet is a major dirt holder in general. I would still stay here again and recommend it highly!!!"
