"O Resort em si, é bem agradável, porém peca por pouca estrutura . O Apto no qual fiquei tinha uma limpeza muito fraca e a aparência do quarto deixava a desejar, com colchões expostos sem colchas e a roupa de cama, apesar de paga, é muito exígua. Os travesseiros são finíssimos e para usar dois, um tem que ser sem fronha, pois só disponibilizam uma por hóspede. No banheiro só uma toalha de rostro e fim. Acho que poderia melhorar muito com pequenos detalhes."

"The only thing i liked is that it was clean. Their was no soap, no shampoo. No washer or dryer. It was very hard to communicate and it did not locked like they care to communicate. There was only one control for 2 tv's. You shut 1 off the other one would go on."

Sugiro apenas calçar a entrada do condomínio, pois quando chove cria lama e ficamos atolados com o carro. Fora isso, nosso flat estava com a base do sofá cama quebrada. Também sugiro reparo. "We had an embarrassing moment. We had a toilet emergency and the toilet was not working. How the maid missed that when cleaning the room for check in? Check in was a bit slow too. Everything was clean, breakfast meets standards. Walking distance to Cupe beach. To go to Porto's town for shops and restaurants, you need a car or Uber. "

"We cannot wait to come back! From the wonderful, pleasant staff to the delicious food and super clean resort, my family had the best time here. It’s so close to the beach if you want to see the ocean, but also enough pools if you want to stay on the resort. The area is very safe during the day and I loved how close it was to the down town area."

"Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía."
