This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!

The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

Resort pequeno e bonito. Comida muito simples. Preços abusivos para almoço e porções. Não está preparado para o inverno nublado e chuvoso do Nordeste. Piscina gelada sem aquecimento e você tem que se deslocar embaixo de chuva para sair do quarto. Pouca atividade para adultos. A noite o único lugar pra ficar é o bar da piscina e lá fica também a recreação dos pequenos até as 21h. Tudo misturado. Salão de jogos pessimo. Talvez seja bom para família com crianças pequenas. Eu não gostei.

Hotel decadente. Só manutenção não resolve. Precisa de reformas. Cozinha muito ruim, só se salvam os pães, q provavelmente são terceirizados. Comida sem gosto, sempre igual.Vários locais sujos. Academia parecia boa, mas requer manutenção. Restaurante muito escuro. Recepção atendimento frio, desinteressado. Positivo: lugar magnífico, garçons atenciosos que não usam celular para se distrair. Serrambi Resort é um paraíso feito por Deus e regido por uma administração digna de medalha de ouro. Todos que lá trabalham são impecáveis no cumprimento de seus deveres, nos proporcionando dias maravilhosos! A atenção e carinho de cada funcionário, a estrutura do ambiente, a limpeza, organização, alimentação, jardins, aves, bichinhos, brincadeiras, tudo nos deixam á vontade e na hora de ir embora temos a certeza que vamos voltar. Me sinto em casa no Serrambi Resort, eu amo este lugar!!!

Esperava muito mais de um Resort como este. Se você curte piscina de adulto, LOTADA de crianças e bebes com e sem fraldas, com direito a serem trocadas e atiradas nos pes da sua espreguiçadeira, este é o seu Resort. No checkin você assina uma folha com div regras e proibições, mas não existe rigor e nem fiscaliz para uso da piscina adulto, sob a desculpa de “nao serem um htl proibitivo”. Nao tem seg ou g. vidas, q além de prestar a seg e socorro, prestaria a fiscaliz e manut da ordem necessária a qq civilização ou conviv social. Isso que a piscina infantil é enorme e confort até p os pais. Falta sim educ. dos pais, mas p isso serve fiscal para manter a ordem e regras. Crianças na borda chutando bola na piscina de adt c os pais junto e atingindo outra hospedes q queria desfrutar da piscina de adt com sossego. Saiu discussão pois o pai mal educ n aceitou queixas das 2 mulheres atingidas. Sem ter um guarda vidas/seg para coibir e defender hospedes dos sem noção. Piscina de criança, devem ser usadas por estas. Piscina de adulto (pelo menos 10+ anos), deve ser utilizada apenas por estes. Ja vivemos numa geração sem limites, sem educação, respeito e sem bom senso. Se não tiver regras, nem de graça vale. Na folha assinada no checkin diz que n é permit guardar lugar na espreg, mas na pratica, as 07h todas ja estão c toalhas “guardando lugar”. A alimentação é outro ponto negativo. Tem quantid e varied mas n tem qualid. E pior, o hotel é isolado, longe de tudo. Nao valeu o inv

Vale a pena!

Viajamos em lua de mel. Fomos recepcionadas com champanhe e uma tábua de frios e decoração no quarto. Amei o carinho. Ficamos num quarto com piscina com hidro na varanda e vista para o mar. O quarto era imenso, super limpinho, arejado, banheiro bom, chuveiro forte, o secador de cabelo era bom também. Com relação ao hotel, a comida do café da manhã era excelente e bem farta. Já o jantar era ok! Não era uma experiência gastronômica, mas longe de ser ruim. Inclusive vi alguns comentários que me deixaram apreensiva, do tipo “é mal iluminado e parece um bandeijao, com comida ruim”; já estava imaginando que teria que sair todas as noites pra comer. E não é nada disso! Da pra jantar bem e tem comida pra todos os gostos. A piscina é bem ampla, com borda infinita e algumas áreas com hidro. Fizemos massagem com a Wania, um amor de pessoa. Não fizemos muitas atividades no hotel porque já tínhamos fechado em porto de galinhas. A praia é melhor que Porto e muro alto. A internet estava ok e o 5G da Vivo funcionou normalmente (também vi comentários dizendo que a internet era ruim e não tinha sinal de celular). Achei um excelente custo benefício.

O resort é muito bonito, num trecho de praia belíssimo. Acomodações e alimentação boas. O que destoa é o atendimento dos garçons em geral. Quando se acena, fazem de conta que não veem. Quando chamamos, fazem de conta que não escutam. Quando chegam perto, beleza. Somos bem atendidos. O problema é chegarem perto. Precisa melhorar urgente!!

Lugar excelente pra ir com a família/Casal/sozinho

O lugar é incrível começando pela recepção! Não tenho que reclamar, percebemos o cuidado com os hóspedes em cada detalhe. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e está bem limpo, pedimos berço extra e ele veio como uma capa protetora higienizada e com mosquiteiro. Pra quem tem crianças tem uma copa kids equipada com folgão elétrico,panelas e microondas. A comida é uma delícia, o café e o jantar com muitas opções pra tentar agradar todos os públicos! Durante o jantar percebi o cuidado e preocupação com as pessoas que possuiem alergia, os funcionários estavam atentos para evitar contaminação dos alimentos que no caso foi camarão e peixe. O Mar é lindo com a maré baixa dá pra ver muitos peixinho, quem tiver óculos de mergulho leve, mas há opção de alugar lá também.
