"Communication with the owner, Francis, was the best part: he was prompt and helpful in responding, flexible in his requirements, and very generous in helping us manage plans for an impending nor’easter bearing down on the island with diminishing options for getting to the mainland. The house was charming and very comfortable- we did not use the second building which looked to be set up for kids (eg bunk beds), and the location peaceful and had easy access to the beach. Madaket is not as “crazy” as the town of Nantucket, even in September. I strongly recommend this house … as long as you don’t take the weeks I want in 2027 "

The property is just beautiful, the bed linens are 5 star and house comes equipped with anything you could possibly need. Morgan was super friendly and very accommodating!
