"The host was amazingly attentive. Answered all my questions super-fast, always. The house was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were great. Bed was fine (I fell asleep quickly). Kitchen was well stocked (I didn't use it much, but it looked fully stocked). Spacious and comfortable. Good instructions for internet. Themostat easy to use. "

"We had a great stay. The house was welcoming, cozy and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed to know was outlined in a book left on the table. Communication with Dan was prompt and courteous. Everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and even a snow shovel and ice melt were available. It really was a great spot. "

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property while our home was being renovated. We were lucky to have stayed for the whole summer, May through September, and it was such a wonderful place to land that had all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is beautiful, set in cozy Oceanside neighborhood with direct access to the water. Close by trails, and downtown Branford is lovely. Tony was so supportive- Always available, quick to help resolve any issues we had. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
