This home is a 250 ft. walk to a private beach (deeded beach rights) and a 5 min walk to a local beach club, a fish market, 4 restaurants and bars, and a liquor store. The town also has 2 popular breweries and an awesome down town area full of shops and restaurants. This property is a 10-15 minute Uber ride to New Haven, or a 5 minute ride to Branford's Shoreline East train station for connections through New Haven to Boston, Springfield, New York, or Washington D.C.

There is plenty to see and do within a 2 mile radius of this home, or you may choose to stay in and enjoy the comforts of this home while cooking a meal or sitting on the upper enclosed porch or the lower open porch and watching the sunset.
