"Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Appreciate the fast response when the storm caused the gate to fail. It is when things go wrong you can really see the attention to service and care. Thank you! "
"We asked for a bit more with this local and hotel and got it. It is a nicer place for a higher level stay. The front staff were obsequious and pleasant. "
"Wow what a view from room and bed comfy and great to stay in car park we had to pay for was bit of a suprise as says parking when booked but great please and great location "
"This place is located just outside the penzance railway station. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco, co-op and the very important bus stop is located in a very close proximity and makes it the perfect place to stay. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast they made was very good."
"Staff were really nice!
The window in our room was too high, can’t really see what’s outside. The room felt very small because of how the windows were positioned. "
"Great for an overnight stay. No free parking need to park at nearby car park. Breakfast (full english) is excellent. The room is basic. Good location (5min walk) if you need to catch a ferry to isle of scilly. Within walking distance to town centre."

"We had a lovely double aspect view of the sea and St Ives from our spacious hotel room with queen bed, the outdoor swimming pool was very clean. The grounds with flowers and trees were well tended and extensive. Plenty of fruit and cereals if you did not want a fried breakfast, but only sliced bread or small croissants, one type of mild cheese or ham. Also no fridge or water in the room."

"A lovely long weekend in St Ives.
Property is very nice, everything was new and very clean, seemed to be recently renovated.
It's located nearer the top of St Ives so up hills, bare this in mind if you have any walking difficulties I wouldn't recommend, it's 10-15 walk into the town, a little longer going back up.
As stated on the listing, there is no on site parking, but a long stay car park a very short walk which was £10.50 per day and £26.50 for the week. All parking there seemed to be this same price.
Only other slight negative is that the it's directly on a road with the main bedroom overlooking it so can be noisy with the window open.
But overall we were very happy with it for the money we paid and would return."
"Breakfast is NOT included, despite what Expedia may be displaying.
It's a property where you have to make do with what's available. The inn staff/owners are quite helpful, and chances are that most of your problems would be solved by asking for their assistance. Be prepared to accept a few hiccups, like the lack of WiFi in your rooms (either borrow the WiFi from the bar and download your stuff beforehand, it treat it as a digital detox?) or the door lock being quite tough to open (it's an old building). Other than that it was a satisfactory stay, location is quite nice and the food was lovely."
