"A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe."

"What a wonderful stay we had here. The house has everything you could need , the garden is relaxing , sunny & perfect for evening drinks & a BBQ. The house itself is fantastic , lots of nooks to escape to if your a large group , beds are really comfy & the kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of room for all 8 of us ( 6 adults & 2 kids ). 5 mins drive to St Ives , lots of different beaches to choose from ,some as close as 5 mins drive , but all within 20 mins drives & all amazing. Various family and friends visited us while we were in St. Ives and the house easily accommodated 8 adults. If you have young children, Fay set up a children’s bedroom that is precious. "As a family we absolutely adore St Ives and have been visiting for over ten years in all seasons. To find accommodation as lovely as this cottage made our stay even more brilliant. We checked in very easily and were greeted with a clean and lovely cottage (& a cute welcome basket of goodies) The decor and furnishings were lovely with a real Cornish feel. We have a dog and have previously stayed in houses to find the smell of the previous visitors to still be lingering... We were really pleased...
