"The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. "

"I stayed in at Pelican Reef before, but at a smaller unit. This other one was perfect for my family and me. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and majestuosity of the views. You don't need to go anywhere. This place has it all and the host is "Johnny on the spot" if you need anything anytime. Already reserved my next visit. Can't wait!"

"First of all, let me say that our host, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very reliable, and took care of any problems immediately. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious, with 2 large balconies and amazing ocean views. There are also many extra amenities that we were not expecting like beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc So we were very happy with the condo itself. The only problem we had was to get the key you were given instructions that the key was in a drop box on a pole along the entrance. There were 2 poles with drop boxes and many were broken and unlabeled, so we had a little trouble finding ours. I did let Jennifer know and she said she would take care of it. The beach in front of the condo is very rocky, but there is a sidegate that leads to a small beach area that the water is swimmable. The water does start out calm in the am, but the current picks up in the afternoon. The only reason I gave 3 stars to the property nearby is because to the right of the hotel is a partially fallen down house and another collapsed building which is your view when you are out in the water. There also is not really a way to walk along the beach which we normally like to do. So if you are looking for a quiet more secluded beach, then this is for you. If your looking for one that is more active, with lots of nearby activities, then this probably is not the place. So all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, except the water is not the Caribbean blue that we were expecting

"So, first worries were "How inexpensive is this? Whats Wrong?" Basically nothing. This place is great. It is small, and that probably keeps the clientele more adults only. The guy on the weekend (Angel maybe?) was outstanding, nice, exceptionally bilingual. It is ON the beach. Not THE best beach in all of PR, but really quite good enough. Walkable, not too rough, some sandy bottom but want shoes if walk further out, some rocks and Urchins. But wouldn't trade this stay for the world. Street parking, but EASY. "

"I cannot describe how unbelievably beautiful this house and location are!!! I was expecting a lot but my expectations were surpassed! Beautiful days lounging by the pool and exploring the private beach and swimming in the ocean! Breakfast on the lanai with one of the best views I have ever seen in my life! Even watching the almost daily, but short-lived lighting storms at night, created a lasting beautiful memory watching it safely from the lanai with my family!Plenty of roadside food and drinking options in the area. Rustic with awesome food! Also, there are sit-down restaurants and bars with live music. Well-stocked grocery store nearby do you can stock the fridge with necessities.I went with my kids (all adults in their 20’s) and wife. I am hoping that we have made a wonderful memory for all of us.Note: Upon arriving after 7pm on a Sunday evening, we had a few questions and minor issues. I called the property manager Allison who answered immediately and responded to our questions and concerns promptly. She even had Elvin the maintenance guy come out the next morning, at a convenient time for us, to address one of the issues. Elvin is a great guy who handled the issue quickly and efficiently with no interruption to our vacation. Excellent!!! Thank you for an awesome and memorable vacation!!!"

"Phenomenal little bit of paradise with a lively reef right off shore that makes snorkeling easy and entertaining yet still gives plenty of sandy bottom to swim and refresh in before you hit it. Pool immediately seaside gives you no reason to leave unless you want to. Highly recommend. "

"Great place, great location, right on the water as advertised. No beach, there is a rock wall, but there’s a very quiet beach a 3 minute drive south. The place was very clean and the air conditioner cooled the whole place quickly. Great sunset views!"
