Our car broke down about 10-mins away and called the hotel. The hotel knew someone that would come pick us up since they didn’t have an Uber driver available in this town. They even allowed us to stay in extra because we couldn’t find a ride. They went above and beyond what they had to do. Also, I bet it’s gonna be beautiful after you finish the construction outside. Again it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

From my check-in, throughout my stay and my check-out, everything was great! The staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice to have hot water for my showers. The breakfast was fantastic! Dinner was excellent. I look forward to my visit next week.

The outside of the hotel is really run down. Granted they are doing a lot of construction, we had to park down the road because there wasn’t enough parking. The rooms are ok, but only one elevator was working so we had to wait a very long time to use it during multiple times. Staff was very courteous.

Hotel needs major updates in the rooms. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean but outdated. Parking at hotel was an absolute disaster. Not enough parking in their small lot. We had to park in a bank lot down the street and walk back to hotel. You wouldn't mind but a previous guest said it was the same for past few years. For the price, I would not stay there again with all the projects that are incomplete. Only 1 elevator was working so you waited 10 min. Before you could get on. Also heard that that issue was a few years old as well.
