The room was clean and facilities were good. We paid for a deluxe double and ended up with a family accessible which wasn’t an issue at all just surprising as there was 2 of us. Overall good stay though and great location as only 5 min walk to Cabot Circus and so close to old city.

We had such a lovely weekend at the Old Bell Hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly which definitely made our stay. The property itself is very uniquely decorated and had so much character and charm. The staff accommodated our every need and our room (we booked a junior master) was spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was also delicious!

This was an emergency stop over for me as I needed a break and sleep. Mattress was not very comfortable at all the bedroom was tidy and clean. Breakfast choice was either McDonald’s or Costa heated sandwich …not exactly what I would class as a breakfast and being a motorway service station everything ...
