great affordable and borderline hip but basic hotel affiliated with student accommodation and reasonably well located to metro / bike share points / bus links in a sleepy part of town. pleasant reception staff. some decent restaurants nearby. cheap breakfast options at the counter (probably better than basic continental breakfast option). comfortable firm beds. unfortunately room was quite dusty.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The facilities were top-notch, and every area of the hotel was clean and well organized. The atmosphere throughout my stay was relaxing and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home.
