The hotel is lovely. Great interiors, spacious rooms, Terrific views, great location. The staff are absolutely excellent. Let them arrange airport transfers and tours, as they will arrange everything perfectly. Breakfast is terrific. Dinner at the hotel restaurant requires reservations, also quite nice. Arrange steam room and jacuzzi in advance at the front desk, as they take a bit of time to warm up. Short walk downhill to old Quito, shopping, museums, lots of churches and restaurants. Take a cab or an uber back. It is steep!

"Property is located next to the Cascada de la Virgen but very close to the main square and the Cathedral. Facilities are in good condition, lobby and restaurant really nice. Food was excellent and massages in Spa were great! We’ll be staying here next time."
