Empire Hotel

"The lobby was classy. The carpet throughout was dirty. The room was falling apart. The closet had something splattered on the wall. The bathroom faucets barely drained. The AC unit was detached from the wall. The mattresses were stiff as a board , every time someone turned you could hear the boards move. The floors were busted up all under the carpet could be cause for trip hazards. The wall paper peeling all over everything just not maintained well. The people working there were amazing! From the bellmen to the desk team. They were very very helpful. Jose was the greatest bellman. He helped us throughout our stay. It’s a great location close to so many things."

"This is a great alternative to staying in New York City! The hotel is fabulous, a free breakfast is offered to every guest and the staff are also very friendly and efficient! My only issue on this visit - the pool was out of action and the ice machines were very sketchy…..annoying after a long day in the city!!! Still, I would thoroughly recommend Harmony Suites if you want easy bus access to the city, lots of places to eat at night - Outback Steakhouse was particularly good!! Very comfortable and relaxing and very quiet!!!!"
