Excellent hotel, Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location in Vitacura- very safe neighbourhood. A really really good breakfast (better than good - excellent), attentive staff and extensive selection of breakfast foods. The public spaces and bars are quirky (in a nice way) and they mix abosolutely awesome cocktails! The only downside is the Club Lounge - a little lacking in both amenities and service - if you're staying in a room with access to the club lounge do not have breakfast there, go to the restaurant on -1.

We loved the location of the hotel and the reception and housekeeping staff were so pleasant. The restaurant staff were a little slow to take orders and bring drinks. Room was so spacious and clean .

Great location. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Very cool urban neighborhood. Missed having an elevator but that's to be expected in a renovated boutique hotel . I would book it again.
