It’s down a little laneway from the main Patong stretch which makes it very quiet. The breakfast was great but what makes it is the pool and bar with the beautifully friendly Leigha. It lasted for 10 minutes and failed. I asked to speak to a manager about it (numerous times), and was told that the manager was not available for the week. This is more like a 2 star with a 4 star price. Breakfast was 3 food warmers. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, new towels, etc on 3 out of the 5 days & was told one day that it couldn't be done. Check in is 2pm, check out at 12pm - they will not alter this at all. Pool is available from 9 until 9 and is where I spent about half of my time here! Hotel offers transport to the airport for about 800 Bhat if you want.
