C’est un hôtel très bien situé, avec une belle piscine avec des cascades d’eau, les chambres sont spacieuses et vue sur piscine et ville. Idéalement situé proche de tout les commerces et seulement a 2 min à pied du marché de Patong. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel. L’hôtel est juste magnifique avec une très belle piscine avec une vue sur une partie de phuket. Ideal pour les personnes seul, en couple ou en famille. Un grand merci à Zee, dassy, mo pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils ont été d’une gentillesse formidable, a chaque demande il me trouvais une solution, toujours sourillant de jour comme de nuit. Spa services were very professional, expensive but they had promotions on. Beds were comfortable. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was average. What I didn’t like: We had one of the standard rooms, it’s very basic and old. The place could do with a modern renovation. The room also had a very unpleasant smell. The property is located on a steep hill and surprisingly was very tiring to walk all the way up to your room, esp in plus 30 degreee weather. Coffee was bad. And on our last day they advised coffee was no longer free and we had to pay. La stanza è molto bella , con una vista stupenda sulla città, solamente il bagno era un po’ malmesso ( water che non scaricava L acqua, infatti era sempre una cosa un po’ disgustosa, e dalla doccia fuoriusciva tutta L acqua ) la spa invece è eccezzionale! L hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont spatieuses (litterie confortable). Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Firstly, we got there at 9.30am and they cleaned the room super fast so we could go straight in to sleep! We were in by 10.30am. The staff were very helpful and called to check in when there was a small issue with the towels. The location was great - it was on the top of a hill which was a small hike, but it was far enough away for there to not be too much noise, and close enough for a nice stroll to get to the popular places. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the lady who worked there got to know us and our orders. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating, save for a few conversations that I will chalk up to the language barrier. The pool did not seem to be chlorinated, but rather cleaned with vinegar? our swim clothes smelt strongly of vinegar after the first dip; we didn't go back in. This could also just be a cultural difference so I mention that with neutrality. Elle ne passé rien au sol sachant que parfois nous rentrons de la plage avec du sable c'était vraiment désagréable de pas avoir un sol propre. Elle ne rechargeais pas les shampoing ni ne lavais les évier et douche. La clim soit allumé elle était trop froide soit éteinte il fesait trop chaud. Le thermostat ne fonctionnais pas. L'hôtel est très bien placé et le personnel adorable.
