Great location of property, especially for any sporting events happening in Downtown Phoenix. Great dining options around the hotel and this is a great place to stay with having all the comfort and amenities without having to have a car.

I stayed with a friend to see a concert at Footprint Center. This is right across the street, and we could watch the line to enter the arena from our window. The location could not have been better. The room was nice, had comfortable beds and great blackout curtains. Also the room service was amazing- we had the charcuterie board, calamari and an artichoke pasta with margaritas. Everything was 10/10.

Our ac was stuck and we were uncomfortable and freezing all night could not even sleep was shaking and had brought extra blanket from home! Room was not super clean like my last stay here there was black footprints on white comforters, just was truly disgusting and dissatisfied this visit, not to mention overnight parking is an extra 30$ and not even close, was a hassle!

There was nothing special about this hotel. It had no coffee service set up in the room but I was able to get one after asking. There were no glasses in the room. Had to ask for them. Only two USB outlets - two people with phones - check- one iPad -oops. It has the single most uncomfortable sofa ever, built in a very awkward way - straight up back and seat that sinks. The mattress was rather lumpy and had harder spots. The tv covered the dresser mirror, which wasn’t really needed but made the room design overall seem not well thought out. The only two USB ports are on the clock next to the bed with nothing at desk. Just not special yet expensive.

Probably the best stay I’ve ever been at the bed was amazing. The pool area was gorgeous. The accommodations were out of this world. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was perfect because we had tickets to go to a diamondback game all at all. This was definitely a five star hotel, loved our stay will be back
