Luxurious Family Rental w/ Heated Pool and sport court

This outstanding North Scottsdale home is an entertainers dream. A complete remodel in 2017, roughly 2 minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland and 7 minutes to Desert Ridge.

This home comes filled with the best of the best~ A chefs kitchen filled with GE stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite counters, travertine and wood flooring throughout, wine bar, pool table, bags, grill.

Heated spa and over-sized pool with waterfall that was redone in sept of 2021.

NEW basketball half court in backyard, and a NEW full size putting green with TONS of grass in addition. We have surround sound in the back yard, bbq, LG front load washer/dryer and RV gate. You will find a gorgeous master suite split from the other 3 bedrooms and an office as well. We have everything you could ever want if you have young ones as well (2 high chairs, 2 pack n plays with mattresses). We have brand new luxury pillow top mattresses in all the bedrooms~ 2 full size beds, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed! Perfect for sleeping 8 comfortably, 10 if you have kiddos sharing the full beds. We had the best time staying here!! Excellent communication with the owners from start to finish!!The house was well stocked! We especially appreciated that there was a pack and play, high chair, and stroller for use! Made traveling with a 1 year old so much easier!The backyard was fabulous! A fenced heated pool and hot Tub, fire pit, golf green, half court basketball, and an area to sit outside and watch our favorite sports teams!!!!The location is the best in Scottsdale- easy to reach all hiking, shopping, and entertainment!!!Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!!!

Amazing Family Week

We were hoping for a week of sunshine, pool, games, and to not leave the house. This home gave us exactly what we wanted. Pool, basketball, hot tub, putting green, indoor games….everyone was happy!!! Hosts were amazing. Very highly recommend!

Great House for Families

Plenty of space in a beautiful home. The backyard is large! Loved the pool/hottub. Very clean. Quality furniture. Stocked kitchen. Some road noise but the sound of the waterfall covered most of it. Could use some updated outdoor furniture. Overall would definitely recommend!

Spring Break family trip

We had the best time on our family vacation in large part, because of our fabulous accommodations! This house has it all! We had cold rainy days that we lounged on the most comfortable sectional ever and played pool and video games. When the sun came out the outdoor area was perfect. Basketball, golf, pool, hot tub...what more could you want? House was spotless and bedding and towels were high quality. We are hoping to stay again next year!

Quality Scottsdale family rental

This is a great home for a family - tons of space, 5 bedrooms!, huge living room, kitchen area, nice outdoor space, awesome pool/hot tub/sports court area/putting green. The owners were easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Bathroom space is a little tight with 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Some of the games/pool equipment/patio furniture could do with some updating. The wifi signal was also spotty/weak, which didn't work well for a spouse that had to come on a working holiday. The neighborhood is quiet, which is good and bad. It was relatively easy to get on the bigger roads to head to Sedona but it's a modest drive from the airport and there's not a lot happening in the neighborhood. Overall we thought the value for a family was good considering the size of the rental and the amazing pool/hot tub.

Family Birthday Celebration

The backyard is a highlight of this property and provides plenty of entertainment and relaxation (a heated pool, spa, waterfalls, putting green, and a sport court). Comfortable outdoor seating with a large patio table. The property owner's communication was great and responded quickly. The house has so much space with a large dining table for enjoying meals together and playing games. The kitchen was well equipped as well as a large island. The house was extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

Wonderful three generation vacation.

Andrew, owner, was so responsive to any requests I made. I usually heard back from him in less than 30 min. We stayed with (2) 3 year olds, (1) 6 year old, a newborn, and 6 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy visiting with each other. The combination of beautiful weather, and a beautiful backyard gave us plenty of room to run off energy, or just sit and visit. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with small appliances in addition to amazing gas stove, oven, fridge and don't forget the very nice grill on the patio. The kids used sidewalk chalk to decorate the patio, they played lots of hockey style mini golf and of course we used the pool and hot tub. There was a great area to spread out newly acquired brio train tracks without being under the large comfortable couches. the Master bedroom was simply amazing and so relaxing. thank you for a wonderful Christmas and New Year celebration with our family from MN, VT and AZ.

Amazing stay!

Couldnt have been any better! If you're familiar with the area, you'll enjoy how centrally located this place is. If you're not familiar, you just hit the jackpot! We really appreciated everything! The check in process was streamlined. Communication with Andrew was great! The home is beautiful and it is just perfect for families and kids. We loved the swimming pool and basketball court and putting greens. My kids wanted to play there just as much as exploring!The perfect space for your weekend getaway!

Very thankful to find this place!

This place checked all the boxes of what we were looking for! It perfectly fit our family group of 10, including kids ranging from 3 months - 11 years. It was so much fun for everyone! The first priority that we were looking for was a fence around the pool for the toddlers. Then a pool that was comfortably heated, a jacuzzi, a BBQ grill, and then extra fun things to do at the house. All these things were included, plus much more...! I thoroughly enjoyed all my communications with Andrew during the planning stages and throughout. It is obvious that he and Kimberly have made for a very family friendly place and stay. Everyone was sad to leave at the end of our week long stay from Montana! And so with this review I add yet another perfect 10/10 rating for this property! :-)

Great family home

Great home for our family and extended family vacation. The house was clean and organized and had everything we needed and more. The yard is great for everybody and it was great to have the fence around the pool for our toddlers. Location is great with plenty of shopping and activities close by. Fun for the whole family.

Between the very large pool with waterfall, spa, putting green, basketball half court, pool table and the comfy family room couch, my family of 6 had a fun-filled getaway. The home is near a busy street, so expect some traffic noise. A++++

Wonderful Rental

Overall a great property. Host was very responsive. A couple minor inconveniences that I’m not sure were the hosts fault. At 7:00am on Tuesday morning there was a crew knock on the door needing access to the back yard to trim all the trees. Trees near the pool were trimmed and the crew left a lot of debris in the pool that we had to clean out before use. On Wednesday night at 8:00pm a stranger knocked on the door wanting to speak to the home owner about selling them solar panels. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Amazing house and owners!

Nothing but great things to say about this house and Kimberly and Andrew. They were very responsive to my questions leading up to booking and were accessible during our stay. The house had everything we needed, plenty of hangout space and sleeping room. The pool table, dart board, basketball court, and putting green were all a hit. Very close to TPC, Talking Stick, Top Golf and plenty of options for bars/restaurants. Will definitely book again!
