The style, finest finishes & uniqueness separates this home from rest of the market. 6,000 sf with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bath, accommodating up to 14 guests. The floor plan includes 2 separate living rooms, Detached guest casita, pool table, Tennis and Basketball court & resort style pool. Fully stocked kitchen & dining areas. Smart TV screens mounted in almost every room + High speed WIFI for work from home professionals.



The Space:

We've been hosting on Airbnb for years with multiple properties in Scottsdale. Whether it's your first time using Airbnb or you're already a pro, you'll love how easy it is to work with us. Soak up the Sun in the pool or your choice of Basketball or Tennis on the private court.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on the Orange tree golf course and within minutes from high end dining and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Keirlend Commons.

Total ripoff. Nothing like the description or the photos. Extremely dirty. The place was filthy. The walls were crumbling in multiple locations. Cockroaches in the home. The linens and towels were very old and dirty. The wifi was hit and miss. The host was unpleasent. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Golfballs almost hit our party multiple times (the netting to protect the home was gone). DO NOT STAY HERE! The rate for the home was completely out of line. Should have been closer to 150 per night. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Paul was very responsive and always quick with communication before, during and after our stay. When we were missing amenities at the start of our stay, he immediately sent someone over.With 7 bdrms and 2 sofa beds, our large family was able to spread out and not feel as if anyone was crowded. The weather was great during our visit so we were incredibly thankful for all the outdoor seating and umbrellas. It was a very thoughtful touch to have all the equipment for tennis, basketball, pickleball, putting green and even a football to throw around.There were activities for every age.It was easy to keep kids entertained at this house and the switching between the pool and jacuzzi heat got easier to figure out after the first day. We had an inoperative dishwasher and beverage cooler (in 1 of the dining rooms) during our stay but there is a large pantry and we had access to a fridge/ freezer in the garage as well as the main one in the kitchen and another in the casita, making food and drink storage easy for a large group. We were pleasantly surprised to have a 2nd washer and dryer for use over in the casita as well. The house is located on a very busy street but having the gated driveway for easier entrace and exit was very helpful and assured us of safety for the children.The house is a little worn down and some of the mattress are just OK but we found it to be a great value for the size of home and the available amenities.I recommend this for a large multi-aged group.

We had a great family early Christmas celebration at this home! Plenty of room and fun things to do. Pool, ping pong table, putting green and pool table were all used by the adults and kids! This home was clean and completely fulfilled our needs for 19 total people including little kids.

The host was welcoming and responsive. I liked all the things that we could do as a family - tennis, pickleball, fussball, pool, ping pong, swimming pool, putting green, watch TV, etc. It was a great place for a "destination" Thanksgiving with our family.

Amazing property, but…

The good: house is well laid out with plenty of activities and activity areas. Master bed/bath were huge. All the beds were in decent shape and had nice clean linens. Towels were also decent and clean and there were plenty including extras to use by the pool. Plenty of bathrooms. Each has soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. There are spices and decent cooking tools and plates. The casita is in pretty decent condition. Communication and handling of issues was EXCELLENT. The not so good: this place has been rode hard and put up wet. Everything works for the most part, but the hard use shows. The biggest issue, and every one of my guests commented on it, is the place wasn’t very clean. It was sort of cleaned by a crew when we got there, but this place needs a SCRUBBING. Top to bottom a real deep cleaning. There was debris on all the floors, including old food around the kitchen. The floors didn’t seem to have been mopped. The grill is a disaster. We grilled the first day but went out to eat after that because it was in such miserable condition. The floors are very worn.Overall I’m not dissatisfied. 3 stars is denoted as “Okay” and that’s an accurate summation. I will again mention the communication was excellent and that makes up for a lot. All in all an amazing property operated by good people but in need of some real tlc.

Great location with Great Amenities

Recently stayed with 14 friends for our annual golf trip and the house met all of our needs. Clean, spacious, and offered the necessary amenities to keep the guys busy when not golfing. Only issue was being routinely disturbed by random tee shots and errant golf balls from the golf course in the back. The netting does not offer much protection unfortunately but overall great house and great host who checked in multiple times and was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Good Amenities, Needs Work

The location and amenities like the tennis court, pool, and hot tub were great. The listing is accurate based on the photos. Costco, trader Joes, target and many other shops are located just a few minutes away. The largest gripe my family had was cleanliness and lack of cleaning supplies provided. There were 3 dead bugs found on the couch of the casita. There were another 10 dead bugs throughout the main house that were in corners. It was obvious that the floors weren’t really vacuumed before our stay. The extra pillows and blankets in the closet of the main bedroom were very dusty. There also weren’t any dishwasher pods and a very small amount of hand soap provided. We started using dish soap that we brought ourselves to wash our hands. We also killed about 3 cockroaches during the 5 day stay. I think a more thorough clean between stays is required with a definite vacuum of all corners, behind the garbage bins, and dusting. The floors also need to be mopped. The binder and microwave were also really dirty and need a good wipe down. The property requires some maintenance. The dishwasher on the right wasn’t functional though the maintenance person came to try to fix it. The netting to protect from the golf course is also half down. There is an air filter error on the dryer so I think that needs to be looked at as it could be a fire hazard. I think the place has a lot of potential to be a phenomenal place to stay because of the location and amenities.

A great stay in a great house

Everything here was exactly as advertised. The house is very nice and well configured for a large group (we were 9 adults and teens). The amenities (pool, tennis/pickleball court, pool table, etc) were similarly great and we used them a lot. The location is very central, and the hosts were very responsive in the lead-up to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tennis Resort Property

My tennis team stayed at the Villa while competing in a tennis tournament. Everyone was comfortable. There is so much space that early birds could be up and chatting and not disturb sleeping people. It was key to have a tennis court on the property so we could get a warmup before our tournament. We had a big team dinner one night and the kitchen is truly equipped for any large meal you might want to make. The kitchen has sharp knives, many pots and pans, plenty of silverware, Basic spices, a Keurig machine and some pods and a coffee machine. The two dishwashers in the kitchen made clean up easy! We felt secure with the gated driveway. Easy checkin and out. We will definitely book again.

Football Weekend

Eight of us stayed at this property and attended the Arizona Wildcats football game in Tucson and the Arizona Cardinals game in Phoenix. The property was as advertised and we made good use of the pickleball court and pool. The location was excellent and any questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend this property.

We’re so ready to come and stay again!

We stayed here for my graduation and let me tell you three days wasn’t enough! Everything was AMAZING! The house it’s itself is beautiful. So many rooms to be in and host was great! Even then extra house was more than enough space for our family! The host were very clear with instructions and kept in communication our entire stay! Very close to restaurants, food and site seeing! Can’t wait to plan a longer stay in the future!

Beautiful house with responsive owner

Enjoyed our stay for 11 family members over 4 days. Nice, safe location, close to many stores and restaurants. The owner, Paul, was proactive in responding to all of my inquiries before and during my stay. Because of the winds that had leaves and other debris, the pool wasn't as clean as preferred, so Paul sent the pool person within an hour any made the pool much cleaner and we had a great time in the big pool. House was fully equipped and we only needed food and our personal items. There were just minimal things that needed more attention but overall fantastic overall.

This was the perfect house for my family coming from all over the country. There was never a dull moment with all the sporting activities available. We loved the Pickle Ball Court. We also loved how many umbrellas there were, we are a bit fair skinned.

Fantastic Vacation Get Away

Paul was the best host I've had at my various stays. His response time was great. We had a few issues with the plumping during our stay but he was right on it. The place is a little old and is showing it's wear and tear, but still very nice. The casita is well kept and worked out great for our group. The pool is large and kept up quite nicely although it definitely could use some hand rails to make it easier to get in and out. The outside porch is large and comfortable to seat a large group in the shade on the hot days. The kitchen is large and made it easy for us to cook a few meals. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and not too far to do some hiking in the mountains.
