It was clean enough. The property felt dated and the bed wasn’t super comfy. The water never actually got hot in the shower though. It was kind of disappointing but sufficient for a 1 night stay

It’s convenient but the beds are a little too hard for me and my husband felt the same way although they room rooms are really clean and it’s convenient for being a Casino you also get breakfast coupons. And they give you a couple waters in the refrigerator that are complementary.

The rooms are definitely not soundproof. You will be listening to your room neighbors as if you are sharing a room with them.

The Pinc Lady has been the highlight of our trip so far! The house itself is fantastic, wonderfully clean, and cozy. On their recommendation, we ate dinner at the Humboldt Bay Bistro, which was delightful and very tasty. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, just be sure to read the fine print! I was surprised to realize the bathrooms were shared; not a problem, as all three were clean and wonderfully appointed after all.
