« This is a very misleading post. The rental is fine for two people and maybe a small child. We had four adults and my husband and I slept on a very uncomfortable, old, broken fold down couch. My two adult sons had to share a Murphy bed. There was no air mattress and even if there was, the apartment is so small I don’t know where you would put it. If you have 2 people, it is a lovely old studio apartment. »

« Stayed here for 3 nights, it was very secure and I was able to pay extra and check in 5 hours, which I appreciated as I flew in for an event at UPENN and arrived on a red eye. It was definitely nice to have extra space and a stove / microwave, full refrigerator. The place was clean and bed comfortable. There isn't a ton of light and there is no washer / dryer...I appreciated the double door entry with secure codes as it felt secure, as a single female traveler, that was important. Also the unit...

« We had a lovely stay and this place looks just as advertised on the inside. Definitely walkable! Has a long flight of stairs to the unit, which we handled fine but we had large bags which wasn’t ideal. It is a quiet and peaceful little oasis. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was because of the check in and check out - the communication wasn’t super smooth, and it was hard to get into the unit because of the lockbox. But I think that shouldn’t discourage you from renting this nice place -...
