### Star Road Home, Central Peterborough Location 

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home based 15 minute walk from the town centre and 20 minute walk to the train station.   
  
The property contains 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom adjoins the second bedroom with 1 single bed.   
  
There are wardrobes and draws in both the master and second bedrooms, and the second and third bedroom both have a desk to work from.   
  
There is one bathroom with toilet, sink and a shower over bath.   
  
The kitchen-diner is fully kitted with a cooker, hobs, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and everything else you need for your stay. The kitchen also has a washing machine. There is a dining table that seats 5 guests.   
  
PLEASE NOTE:  
The property is an old Victorian period building and therefore the staircase is very steep and not suitable for the elderly. Also the bathroom is situated downstairs
