"I have stayed on the 1st floor and there were some noise by other guests and staff throughout the night. The noise from the ice machine doesn’t help too. If there are rooms on the 1st floor must review the logistics from the laundry and back office, because they’re on the 1st floor too."

"An okay stay not worth the price. Their system was down when we arrived and we were not compensated they had us wait for about an hour to check in. The room mirror had dark spots/stains. The parking lot was a little far from our room. The restaurant was overpriced with very few options to choose from (however they are in the process of making a new restaurant idk maybe that’s why?). A staff member misinformed us that the market closed at 10 when really it closed at 8 so we were not able to grab a last minute snack or beverage from the market. I just expected more from the resort I felt let down. I pray that if anyone decides to stay here they have better experience than I did."

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CRUSH LOUNGE! I WAS THERE EVERY NIGHT OF MY STAY 4/23-4/27. All the servers were cool and my main guy was Miller. Management was very nice and recognized my birthday. I would go back there again! The Velvet Margaritas are to die for!"
