"A convenient and cozy place to stay for a long weekend in wine country! It was perfect for my partner and I - we spent most of each day out and about, and this VRBO was conveniently located and easy to access. The kitchen is well-stocked, but there were not many pantry supplies. All good, though - Sonoma/Napa offered more than plenty of amazing dining options to choose from. The place was just a touch dusty/musty, but opening the windows and letting some fresh air in each day certainly helped!...

"The property is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Only major downside is the access from the main road. The 150m side street into the property is in horrible shape with crazy, huge potholes. It was very difficult to drive in with our rental without grounding out some part of the car. If you have an suv or truck it is not likely an issue."

"A short trip for me and my adult daughter, so the two rooms and shared bath were perfect! Comfy beds! Kitchen had all our basic needs met- we ate our meals out since everything was in walking distance in the town! Really appreciated the location! Owner was very attentive and the process to check in was easy. They even gave a birthday cake for my daughter’s 26th birthday! Very thoughtful!! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"Wonderful to return here, right in a vineyard, after a day's exploring. Wee problem at check-in, but resolved fine and just a miscom about location of unit on property. A check-in map of grounds, rather than a video, would be nice. Owner did send location video but somehow we didn't receive it. All good. We even got treated to a wine tasting on site for the (small amount of) inconvienience. Would certainly recommend this accomodation."

"We recently stayed at Chalk Hill Cottage with our two little Yorkies. The property was the perfect size and had first class amenities. The location is awesome, too! The Hosts are quick to respond to questions and are very kind and considerate. We recommend highly!"

"The cottage was our base for a few days of touring wine country. The cottage is a lovely hide-away in a quiet neighborhood. Due to the weather, we didn't take advantage of the outside amenities. The kitchen is well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues that have been reported to the property manager. Note: The upper parking spot is quite steep and your car may bottom out when entering or leaving."

"Sunny View Cottage is comfortable, well-equipped, and charming. The location is quiet and rural but very close to great wineries, restaurants (we loved Walter Hansel’s Bistro, just around the corner), and hiking/biking trails. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area."

"Our short stay could not have been better....well, unless a deer had come to visit! But we had turkeys, birds, and squirrels each morning which we enjoyed from the comfort of the living room since it was a little chilly. Eric has thought of everything, and we felt as though we were in a 5 star resort! Well done!"

"Wonderful house and location. It was very private but easy access to wineries and restaurants. We did have a few small issues with things like the door entry system not functioning properly and the firepit gas running out, but overall it was a very nice rental!"

"We booked this vrbo for the location and hot tub. When we arrived the yard was very overgrown and almost unrecognizable from the pictures provided online. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning. After we booked the listing was updated removing it but it’s still heavily discussed in the reviews. Very disappointed in this. The only tv is in the master bedroom and has 2 chairs to be used during viewing. Very poor lighting in master bath. Loud chicken farm next door. Other than that the...
