"Makulátlan tisztaságban találtam a szobát! A személyzet nagyon kedves, intuitívan segítőkész volt, és a nyelvi akadályokat könnyen átíveltük egy mosollyal, mutogatással vagy fordító alkalmazás segítségével. A hely védett és nagyon kellemes kertje, közösségi része van. 1-2 dolog ami meglepetés képpen ért de mégis könnyen alkalmazkodtam. A szobákban a meleg és páratartalom miatt (gondolom) van egy ajtó mentes szúnyoghálózott ablak a szoba tetejénél. Ez a zaj és a kabócák miatt lehet akár...

"The boat journey is exciting and comfortable despite being 8 hrs up river and 5 back. If lucky u meet the researchers and hear about their ingenious projects focused on the flora and fauna and the staff are attentive and wonderful as is the food. We were up at 4.30 most mornings which is no sweat as u go to bed about 9 pm. The clay licks are disappointing this time of year as the Macaws come rarely and the smaller birds fear the hawks without the macaws on the lick...but the birds accumulate...

"風呂付きの部屋を予約しましたが、風呂場は立派なのに湯どころか水も出ませんでした。到着が20時近くとても寒かったので結果的に風呂はいらなかったですが、掲載している限りはやはり使える風呂であってほしいです。でも翌朝、浮島の生活を見ると設備に期待してはいけないとわかりました。私たちはプーノ駅に18時過ぎに到着し、翌日の昼にはフリアカ空港出発というプランで時間は少なかったですが、送迎や短時間での近隣の観光のアレンジについては抜群でした。ワッツアップの返信も速いし、ご主人の英語や客の需要を理解する力もすばらしかったです。"

"We had a very enjoyable stay, our guide was excellent, helped by the fact that he grew up locally. We thought that property maintenance had probably lapsed due covid and some cosmetic improvements were due, which we noticed had started. A menu of tours would be beneficial to allow a more informed choice, meal choice mostly came down to chicken or fish but no details of how the dishes were prepared. "I don’t have enough praise for the staff, from the front desk, Tam’i and Betty, to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, helpful and respectful and responsive to our needs. The room was excellent, lots of room that included a couch. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I only have positive feedback, the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 18 days in Peru."

"Great location in centre of Cusco near all the sites. Lovely hotel, great staff. Only 2 issues were breakfast was very limited, so I went out to eat at one of the excellent local breakfast restaurants nearby each day. Secondly the hotel recommended using Planet Peru for excursions who I would strongly advise not to use overpriced & disorganised."
