"I traveled with my family to the Cumaceba lodge. We stayed for three nights and four days. We had an amazing Amazon experience! Our guide Dixon was fabulous! He made our stay even better by his experience and knowledge of the area, animals, and flora. The 2 to 3 excursions per day kept us busy and always wanting to find more wonders of the rainforest. "What a wonderful place is this hotel and Iquitos! The hotel has a world class free breakfast buffet. There are several restaurants and an outdoor corner cafe in the hotel. Our days in Iquitos were some of our happiest memories. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazingly friendly. Very close to Heaven! The rooftop restaurant overlooks the Amazon river area. Take some tours. Ride a moto-taxi. The city is a hub of constant amazing activity. We would love to go there often."
