Some vacation rentals just feel right when you enter, and this is one of them-- spacious, luxurious with extraordinary attention to detail. A NOTE FROM THE OWNERS: We started visiting Sandy Key as renters back in 2012 and were so pleased with these condos and the location that we purchased 718 in the summer of 2019\. We were specifically looking for a unit in Building 1 and after missing out on three others (they sold within 48 hours), we were lucky enough to buy 718\. . We did a complete remodel in early 2020 including custom kitchen, baths, new furniture and special touches that you will not find in most vacation rentals. We use 718 for ourselves much of the year so it is upscale and provides our special guests with extras not typically found in a rental. We enjoy sharing our beach home with others when we’re not there and wish you a comfortable and memorable stay. You will find Sandy Key and the Perdido Key area to be much quieter than many of the other properties in the area. The private white sand beach is much less congested than the high rises nearby. Conveniently, everything you need from groceries and restaurants to fresh seafood, boat rentals, car wash, pharmacies, etc is located less than a mile away. Gulf Islands National Seashore Park and Johnson’s Beach are just steps away. Pensacola Naval Air Station (featuring the Naval Aviation Museum and the home of the Blue Angels) is only a 10 minute drive. And finally, the Perdido Realty Team does a great job of being responsive if any issue should arise during your stay.. We are confident that you won’t be disappointed if you choose our home for your stay.
