It doesn't get much more luxurious than this-Our largest 2 bed/2 bath unit features King beds, walk in closets, and a kitchen island for entertaining! Large living space and open concept layout is perfect to celebrate milestones. Make this space your own for celebrations, long stays, even just a weekend getaway. Black out shades are remote controlled (please note photographs were taken during day, so bedroom will be much darker at night). This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street. \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7\. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!\*\*\* Important to note: this condo is for currently for sale. Check In Process: To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25\. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience. \-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate (this rate caps on longer stays). There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies. \-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info. \-No pets allowed. Everything about the property was excellent. Very clean, neat, and perfect location in downtown Pensacola.We were a little concerned about the app to get you in and out of the apartment, gym, and open patio, but all was great for us older people with limited technology.Our host was excellent and we would definitely recommend the property and come stay again.Thank you to the Property Manager for answering all of our questions!!! We paid $10 per night parking and walked less than 100 yards to the entrance door. The building is very secure and a great location for restaurants and eateries with a coffee shop across the adorable Palofox St. We were able to walk to breakfast luncheon dinner as well as places to get a drink. The beds were great as well as the in-unit washer/dryer. Parking was easy and well-lit. The unit was well-stocked and the property manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The only con: my particular unit (307) had a constant humming sound from some mechanical unit near the back bedroom wall or vent. Everything was very clean and in great condition. Plenty of outlets and mirror space for getting ready.
